Station Attestation
On-Site Attestation Services for Fueling Protocols Using ANSI/CSA HGV 4.3 Approved Dispenser Test Procedures
- The Hydrogen Dispenser Testing Apparatus (HDTA) is a trailer-based mobile test platform for verification of the performance of compressed hydrogen fuel dispensers to SAE J2601
- Provides assurance that the delivery of fuel will not compromise the safety and integrity of the vehicle fuel storage system and the dispenser meets targets for:
- Dispenser fueling speed | Over temperature
- Over pressure | Over density
- Certificate of Attestation is supplied to the station owner
- Full detailed performance report for all the different fueling conditions is also supplied for reference to the station owner to support annual performance re-testing and repair re-testing
- Can test to any fill protocols including SAE J2601
- Control system and tanks can support multiple vehicle fuelings (back-to-back) scenarios
Dispenser Metrology
On-Site Service Offering Qualification of Dispenser Accuracy Using National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) HB44 Approved Procedures
The Weights and Measures Device (WAMD) is a truck-based mobile test platform for verification of fuel delivery accuracy for the commercial sale of hydrogen at retail locations
- Provides assurance that the actual delivery of the measured fuel reflects value indicated at point of sale
- Enables the retail sale of hydrogen after witnessed tests by authority having jurisdiction (AHJ)
- Technicians certified as California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) Division of Measurement Standards (DMS) Registered Service Agent (RSA) for weights and measures
Hydrogen Fuel Quality
On-Site Service Offering Collection and Testing of Hydrogen Fuel Quality to SAE TIR J2719 Purity Standard
- The sampling is a truck based mobile sampling rig capable of taking both gas and particulate samples for purity testing per SAE TIR J2719
- Full lab certified report showing test results for impurities
- Turnaround time from sampling date to reporting is typically 7-10 business days
